Acknowledgement of NT Government Support

The Alice Springs Youth & Community Centre (ASYCC) is proud to announce that we have been awarded a Major Community Organisation Grant through the Northern Territory Government’s Community Benefit Fund, with an approved amount of $103,545.

About the Project

The upgrade will:

• Replace old, uneven mats with new, durable flooring to improve safety and functionality.
• Redesign the space to create a secure, inclusive, and developmentally supportive environment for children aged 0–18 years.
• Support programs including gymnastics training (6 days a week), unstructured playgroup (twice weekly), and kinder gym (weekly).

These improvements will ensure that all participants—whether gymnasts, playgroup children, or martial arts students—can enjoy a safe and welcoming space for physical activity and skill development.
